All I have been talking about this past week is how excited I am for this new semester, having the chance to learn from and with a bunch of amazing people, and the opportunity to create new memories and new amazing work next to my peers c:

Feeling inspired by my professor’s thought-provoking, innovative, and distinctive taste in typography.

I have some thoughts about a piece I want to make. The concept feels big, honestly kind of bigger than my head, so naturally I’m a little scared of it. I tend to overthink and overcomplicate things and then get overwhelmed, hehe, but it might be time to start heading in that direction soon.

After last semester’s crit suggestions, I’m also working on another head. This one will be larger, and ideally, I’d like to make two interchangeable vases, but we’ll see how that goes! I’m already thinking of cool patterns I can make with the coiled wires we made though.
